I had THE best experience here with Dr. Ferguson! He makes sure you are comfortable and not in any pain during any of the procedures. I came in so nervous about the numbing part. And I felt nothing! It was a wonderful experience. He is extremely personable and friendly. The whole staff is wonderful as well. If i could rate it more than 5 stars I would! Thank you so much for making me comfortable during these fillings! You are awesome!!!

I need to have two crown placed and was recommended that I schedule an appointment with Ferguson & Associates, DDS. I called to make an appointment and was able to get in the next day for an assessment. Everyone I encountered was very nice. I felt welcomed and comfortable the moment I walked in. Based on the experience I had after only one visit, I would definitely recommend this practice.

This is the best dental office I’ve ever been to. They don’t shame you if your oral health routines aren’t perfect but they talk to you about ways to improve. They work with you on payments they are more focused on taking care of you than the money whereas other places I’ve been it’s all about the money and paying 100% upfront. Dr Ferguson is awesome and very down to earth. I had a root canal today and was nervous going in but he was caring and took the time to tell me what he was doing at every step and put me at ease.

I love these guys! I have been going to the practice for over 20+ years. I hadn’t been in a few years due to some outstanding medical issues and was really dreading the visit. Brandy and Dr. Ferguson immediately made me feel at ease. We started on our dental plan for the next few months and I left feeling better about things in quite a while. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment!

I have been going to Dr Sean Ferguson for over 15 years! He is kind, caring and gentle. i love the staff there as well, I feel like part of their family! I have never had any issues with my Insurance or bills! The office staff is top notch and know what to do and they do it well! I love the medical assistants and hygienists there as well, they are also outstanding In their jobs., They are kind and caring people ,best dentist in Concord!
